INVL Asset Management enters the Romanian renewable energy market

INVL Renewable Energy Fund I, managed by INVL Asset Management, the leading asset management company in Lithuania, will start operating in Romania and intends to invest approximately EUR 120 million in the development of the solar parks it recently acquired.

According to company officials, the fund recently acquired two companies that are developing 166 MW of solar power plants in Romania. The projects have already approved the conditions for connection to the grid, and the solar power plants, in which the fund intends to invest, should become operational in 2024.

The company's activity is concentrated in Central and Eastern Europe where it has ongoing projects of over 200 MW of solar parks.
