INVL Renewable Energy Fund buys 6 solar park projects in Romania

INVL Renewable Energy Fund I, managed by INVL Asset Management signed two contracts for the acquisition of six solar park projects with a total capacity of 102.7 MW.

With these two transactions, the INVL Renewable Energy Fund I portfolio in Romania reaches 268.7 MW. All solar park projects in the fund's portfolio have already been approved for grid connection.

The Fund's total investment potential in Romania, including the solar projects under development since June of this year, will amount to over EUR 200 million. All solar farms are expected to start producing electricity in 2024 and 2025. Construction work on projects in the portfolio is planned to start gradually in the first quarter of 2023.
