Ion Țiriac installs roof photovoltaic panels on its Stejarii complex

Businessman Ion Țiriac is preparing the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the 7 blocks in the first stage of the Stejarii complex. The purpose of the investment is to increase the energy efficiency of the Stejarii complex, by reducing the consumption of electricity from the network and capitalizing on the sale of unconsumed energy quantities.

More and more building owners are opting for this formula to save electricity costs. NEPI Rockcastle, decided to install photovoltaic panels on the roofs of 30 malls it owns in Romania, following an investment of EUR 37 million. Also, the Profi store network installs photovoltaic panels on some of its stores in order to use energy resources with maximum efficiency.
