IT companies open in United Business Center

Two software solutions companies, TeamNet International and EBS Romania, have opened offices in United Business Center (UBC) office building in Iasi, northeast Romania. They occupy a total of over 600 sqm in the multifunctional project, called Palas Iasi, which was developed by Iulius Group.

The office component of the project (UBC) offers a total area of over 20,000 sqm, while the project overall includes retail, hospitality, residential and entertainment.

Among the tenants that have opened offices in the building include Groupama Insurances, Raiffeisen Bank, Volksbank and Medical Center Arcadia.

Iulius Group has a network of four malls (Iulius Mall Iasi, Iulius Mall Timisoara, Iulius Mall Cluj and Iulius Mall Suceava) along with the Palas Iasi complex.
