NEPI Rockcastle Polska has extended its lease in the office part of the Cosmopolitan building in Warsaw, where the expanded headquarters will now occupy a total of 1,500 sqm work space. Experts from ITRA Polska advised the tenants in the renegotiation and expansion process.

NEPI Rockcastle is a leading investor and developer of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, listed on the Johannesburg and Amsterdam Stock Exchanges. The company has one of the largest real estate portfolios in the region, including twelve shopping malls in Poland.

"Due to the development of our business in Poland and the desire to stay in the office heart of the capital, we have decided to expand the lease space in Warsaw's Cosmopolitan. We were successfully advised by ITRA Polska experts in the process," says Dominik Piwek, Marketing and PR Director of NEPI Rockcastle Polska.

"The high quality and prestigious location of Cosmopolitan are the advantages that made our client decide to continue the development of his business from this place. I am glad that, as specialists in the representation of tenants, we were able to support NEPI Rockcastle in the renegotiation of the contract and I believe that the company's employees will benefit from both the enlarged office space and numerous amenities in the immediate vicinity," comments Artur Sutor, Managing Director, ITRA Polska.

Cosmopolitan Twarda 4 is one of the most recognizable points on the map of Warsaw. The investment consists of a 44-storey residential tower and a 5-storey office and service building right on ul. Emilii Plater and the popular pl. Grzybowski. The facility, designed by the renowned studio Helmut Jahn, is owned by Tacit Investment.
