JLL advised Side Grup in the 1500 sqm lease transaction in CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal

JLL Romania advised SIDE GRUP, the national market leader in cleaning and hygiene, in the lease of 1,500 sqm in CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal.

CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal is built on 14.4 hectares of land and has a direct connection to Oradea Airport. The project includes three buildings with a total leasable area of 60,000 sqm and numerous specific infrastructure elements, such as the aircraft parking apron or the taxiway connecting the aircraft parking apron to the airport runway.

“We welcome Side Grup to the CTP community. They will store more than 4,000 products from their portfolio here, benefiting from all the advantages of the industrial park. CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal is on the last turn before completion: the three buildings are already fully built, we are working on the infrastructure, the first building is already completed and the other two will be ready for a well-deserved opening party in June,“ said Oana Tănase, Asset Manager at CTP Romania.
