pom+Consulting Ltd., a consulting firm focused on real estate, infrastructures, and organizations, further expands its management board: Jürgen M. Volm joins the company as a new partner as of July 1, 2021.

Over the past few years, pom+ has evolved into an expert for digitalization and sustainability in the real estate sector and has continuously helped shaping the industry. With the combined expansion of these two business areas, pom+ is now initiating the next growth steps. "The sector now needs innovative solutions and approaches to reduce its environmental footprint in a financially viable way," explains Managing Partner Stéphane Maye. "We focus on the principles of the circular economy and advise our clients on lean and agile management approaches."

With Jürgen M. Volm, an accomplished industry expert and specialist in international project management and project development takes over the expansion of these fields of activity. Before joining pom+, he was responsible for the growth of Drees & Sommer in Switzerland as Chairman of the Executive Board and Partner. With a Master of Engineering in International Project Management from the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences (HFT) and a Master of Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University, the graduate civil engineer has extensive business knowledge. As Professor for International Project Management at the HFT Stuttgart, he also has a broad network in teaching and research.

"The innovative spirit of pom+ immediately grabbed me. I have rarely seen a company in the construction and real estate industry that is so dedicated to digitalization. I am happy to make my contribution to continue the success story of pom+ and to further develop the organization for the future - especially in the international market," says the real estate expert.

"With the expansion of the partner council and the executive board, we are clearly pursuing our strategy of further growth in various business areas, regions and countries," adds Dr. Peter Staub, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
