JYSK opens store in Otopeni and reaches a network of 118 units in Romania

The Scandinavian retailer of furniture and household products, JYSK, continues its expansion in Romania and opens a new store in Otopeni, Ilfov County, thus reaching a network of 118 units on the local market. The JYSK Otopeni store has an area of 1,300 sqm.

"This year we have planned a large number of activities, both the opening of new units and the remodelling of stores opened before 2018, which will be modernized and arranged according to the new concept. In the Capital area, the potential is very high, both in Bucharest and in the neighboring localities, which have increased a lot in recent years. We currently have 14 stores in this area and we are continuing to look for suitable spaces to open new units, "said Iraida Paiuc, sales and marketing manager, JYSK Romania and Bulgaria.
