Kassák Terrace marks completion of LIVING’s Kassák project in Budapest

LIVING has announced the successful completion of Kassák Terrace, the third and final phase of its Kassák Project in District 13, which has received its final use permit ahead of schedule. Located at the intersection of Klapka utca and Kassák Lajos utca, just a short distance from Váci út, the residential park features 246 apartments, all boasting an A+ energy rating and advanced energy solutions aimed at maximizing cost-effectiveness. Sales of the apartments are currently underway.

As one of Hungary’s leading residential developers, LIVING, a subsidiary of WING, previously launched the Kassák Project with the completion of the first phase, Kassák Residence, in 2020. This was followed by the second phase, Kassák Passage, which was finished in late 2022. With the successful launch of Kassák Terrace, the Kassák Project is now fully realized.
