The Horizon development group has announced the successful approval of the stylish KAY River Lofts residential project. The construction of a unique residence with 50 exclusive apartments and 7 commercial units began in the summer of 2019. Handovers of apartments offering extraordinary living standards and breath-taking views of the city skyline are planned for the end of this year.

KAY River Lofts is located on the right-hand bank of the Vltava in Karlín, one of the most attractive districts in Prague. The residence has 50 residential units and penthouses with areas of up to 250 square meters. The generous size of units, their high standards, extensive terraces, and stunning views of the city come together to create luxurious and unique living spaces which are unparalleled in Prague. The specific design of the façade, which copies the calm flow of the Vltava, ensures sufficient daylight in all areas. In addition to the Horizon development group, the project is backed by the Karlín Group and the Ungelt Group. The architectural design is the work of leading Czech architect Ivan Kroupa.

"The uniqueness of KAY River Lofts is confirmed by speed with which the apartments were sold as well as the overall level of interest in the project. In the first year following the launch, all units found owners, and we look forward to handing them the keys to their new homes this autumn,” said Yishay Furman, CEO of Horizon. "Creating an above-standard and timeless project that fits into a vibrant district such as Karlín was a challenge. Thanks to the cooperation of all three developers participating in the construction, as well as the work of one of the most important Czech architects, we managed to build an exceptionally elegant and distinctive residence. This is one of the best boutique projects in Prague."

In addition to KAY River Lofts, the Horizon development group is currently implementing the Rezidence Modřanka, Čámovka and Zahálka residential projects, and plans to gradually bring more than 1,000 housing units into construction this year. Completed projects include the Velká Brána, the Vltava Residence and Na Hrádku projects. As an exclusive member of the Czech Council for Green Buildings, Horizon pays attention to principles of environmentally friendly construction. The company emphasizes the low energy intensity of buildings, the sustainability of materials used, and the creation of communities within projects.
