The Hungarian construction company Kész is developing its first own residential project in Romania. The ensemble, which bears the name Corallis, is located in Bucharest, in the Petrom City area in the north of the city, on Coralilor street. The company bought the land of approximately 16,000 sqm in 2021.

The project is at an advanced stage of authorization, and construction will begin in the first half of 2024. The Corallis residential complex includes 230 apartments.

"Consumers are interested in more space, want higher quality and are willing to invest more for a lifestyle, not just for an apartment. They embrace green solutions and are happy to contribute to change, in the process of making Bucharest a better place to live. Therefore, we decided to start our own real estate development projects," said Tatár Zsolt, real estate development manager at Kész Romania.
