Kesz opens its first factory in Romania

The Hungarian Kesz Group, one of the most important construction companies in Hungary, present in Romania through KÉSZ Construcții since 2021, has opened its first factory in Romania, near Turda, just 1.5 km from the A3 Transylvania highway.

The industrial space has an area of 4,500 square meters and is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for the production of metal structures and auxiliary structures or ventilation ducts. The factory's energy needs are also supported by a 200 kWp photovoltaic panel system.

KÉSZ Construcții Romania is a provider of complex construction solutions, specializing in general contracting, design, structural works, architecture, various installations and technological assembly. The company's portfolio includes industrial projects, logistics centers, shopping centers, production halls, warehouses, factories, office buildings, gyms, buildings for the health network, residential complexes including luxury projects, as well as SPA and wellness centers.
Kesz's residential project portfolio in Romania also includes One Herastrau Park, One Charles de Gaulle, One Mircea Eliade, Riviera Luxury Residence Cluj, Prima Residence Oradea, Hexagon Office Cluj.
