KINGSTONE Real Estate has appointed Sarah Verheyen as Managing Director of KINGSTONE Investment Management GmbH (KINGSTONE IM). The 35-year-old real estate executive is joining Managing Partners Bärbel Schomberg and Dr. Tim Schomberg as the third member of the senior management team. Sarah Verheyen is responsible in particular for the Asset and Portfolio Management. She will, in addition, lead the company’s efforts to push forward with its ESG and digitisation objectives.

Sarah Verheyen, who has been with KINGSTONE IM since 2019, has more than 13 years of proven real estate experience, particularly in asset management, investment management and transactions. She previously worked for JLL and ACREST for seven years. Her career also includes prior positions at other well-known real estate companies such as the former IVG and STRABAG.

Dr. Tim Schomberg, Managing Partner of KINGSTONE Real Estate, says: “Sarah Verheyen has been a part of our company’s growth story for almost two years. She knows KINGSTONE inside and out, and she’s ready to take on more senior management tasks. This also means that we are now able to spread the leadership responsibilities for KINGSTONE IM over more shoulders. Thus we will be in a better position to further expand our business network together with our partners.“ Just in the past weeks, KINGSTONE announced the expansion of its company network with the launch of a new healthcare investment platform, KINGSTONE Living & Care, as well as a new real estate debt platform, KINGSTONE Debt Advisory, together with Pegasus Capital Partners. Both platforms are preparing to launch their first funds in the coming months.
