Lagardère Travel Retail opens its first Duty Paid stores in Romania

The Lagardère Travel Retail Group, present in Romania with brands such as Inmedio, So! Coffee, Relay, 1 Minute and Hub Convenience, opens its first Duty Paid stores in Romania, after winning the public tender organized by Compania Națională Aeroporturi Bucharest (CNAB). The object of the auction was the rental of an area of about 2,000 sqm in the premises of the Henri Coandă - Otopeni International Airport, with the destination of Duty Paid, press and other types of accessories or travel souvenirs, for a period of 10 years.

Lagardère Travel Retail operates more than 5,120 stores in airports, train stations and other platforms in 42 countries and generated sales of EUR 6.6 billion in 2023.
