The bakery Lantmännen Unibake has decided to expand its production capacity. To do this, the company will demolish a hall and outbuildings with an area of 13,302 sqm, which are adjacent to the current production point and which are part of the former Titan bread factory. Following the demolition, a new factory will be built on the 4.7-hectare site, with a built-up area of 22,540 sqm, a concrete platform of about 15,500 sqm and a green space of 9,500 sqm. The implementation period of the project is 1 year, now being in an early stage of approval of demolition and construction. The new building will contain production areas, storage, administrative spaces and a series of technical spaces.
