Poznań has gained a new retail destination with the opening of Ławica Shopping Park, located on Bukowska Street near the city’s airport. The complex occupies more than two hectares and offers around 7,000 sqm of leasable space, almost all of which was secured before the opening.

The retail park consists of three glazed buildings with rounded facades and an openwork roof structure. The design combines functionality with a distinctive architectural form. The site includes more than 220 parking spaces, bicycle stands, and landscaped green areas, along with internal roads and pedestrian routes to improve accessibility.

Ławica Shopping Park houses 17 retail and service units. Tenants include Media Expert, Lidl, Action, Pepco, and Maxi Zoo. The project also marks the opening of the first DM drugstore in Poznań. Sofa & Friends has established a showroom for its furniture range, while additional services such as a pharmacy, optical salon, florist, parcel locker, and a bakery-operated dining area round out the offer.

Advisory services throughout the project were provided by Scallier, a Poznań-based company active in retail development and management in Poland and Romania. Scallier acted as strategic commercial advisor, exclusive leasing agent, and now serves as property manager for the complex.
