LC Corp sells two office buildings in Poland

LC Corp has concluded preliminary contracts for the sale of the Silesia Star office complex in Katowice and the Retro Office House office building in Wrocław. The contracts signed with Ingadi and Artigo are for more than €113m. The transaction is to be completed by August 15th 2019. Silesia Star is an A-class office compound, composed of two buildings with 27,000 sqm of total floor space. The property is located at Uniwersytecka street in Katowice’s city centre. Retro Office House is a modern office building located in central Wrocław that currently has 13 Polish and international companies spread across 21,000 sqm.
