LCP has opened another 2 retail parks in Rawa Mazowiecka and Lubawa

LCP Properties has recently opened 2 M Park retail parks. The projects in Rawa Mazowiecka and Lubawa have joined the commercial real estate portfolio owned by the investment group.

M Park in Lubawa, a city in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, is a retail park located at the intersection of Toruńska, Grunwaldzka and Borek streets near the IKEA furniture factory.

It is the first modern retail and service complex that will be the main commercial place for the inhabitants of this city. The facility has a surface car park for over 140 cars, and the tenants include brands such as: the nationwide chain of electromarkets - Media Expert, Martes Sport sports store, Rossmann drugstore, TEDI household goods store and British supermerket Dealz.

In the coming days, a LIDL grocery store will be opened in the immediate vicinity, complementing the offer of the entire retail park. M Park was opened to residents on September 29.

“We are glad that another M Park is being built in a city that has not had such a facility so far. We believe that thanks to this, we can offer the local community such brands, the stores of which until recently had to be reached by residents many kilometers. These types of facilities are the core of our investments, which we plan to continue dynamically despite the difficult period. This is evidenced by the recent openings of our retail parks in other cities," says Krystian Modrzejewski, Group Operations Director at LCP Properties Poland.

Another LCP group's retail park is M Park in Rawa Mazowiecka. Its opening took place on September 1 with the beginning of the new school year. The facility was built in the vicinity of a large housing estate, and its offer complements that of the local shops. The project offers almost 4,000 sq m. of GLA space and the main tenants are: Media Expert, Pepco, KS Sport and Tedi. A Lidl grocery store has been opened right next to it, and Bricomarche offers its DIY offer in the immediate vicinity. Tenants have at their disposal a car park for over 100 cars.

The retail park is located at 8 Targowa Street, which is only a few minutes away from the nearby S8 route.
