LCP Properties acquires HopStop in Siedlce

British investor LCP Properties has acquired the HopStop convenience retail park in Siedlce from Katharsis Development. The seller was represented by Avison Young throughout the transaction. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. HopStop in Siedlce is a modern, convenience retail park offering 4,900 sqm of leasable space. The property is located 2 km from the center of Siedlce on Partyzantow street, in the direct neighborhood of a new multi-family housing development. The investment was developed by Katharsis Development and opened in 2019. The retail park is fully leased. Anchor tenants include Lidl, Hebe, Pepco, Media Expert, Kik, Rossmann. An Orlen petrol station is located within the complex.
