LCP Properties on a retail buying spree in Poland

LCP Properties has acquired four retail parks in December and at the beginning of this year and expect to make additional acquisitions. The assets include two retail centres in Elblag with a combined useable space of 4,500 sqm. The other two properties are located in Rembertow and Konstancin. Together they offer 3,000 sqm of useable space. LCP Properties has also signed a preliminary contract to buy another retail park, which will be opening at the beginning of this year, 2021. Throughout 2020 LCP Properties has acquired a total of twelve properties in a combined investment of more than EUR 50 million.
