Lekvi Development, which focuses on the construction and operation of retail parks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, is completing the construction of a second shopping zone in Šumperk on Temenická Street. New retail stores ACTION, SINSAY, TRAFICON and TETA drugstore will be added to the expanded Penny Market with an area of 1,152 sqm, which together will offer an additional 1,932 sqm of leasable area. The opening of the new shopping area is planned for this summer.

The new shopping centre in Šumperk is located on the site of the former boiler house in Temenická Street and extends the original Penny Market of 1,152 sqm with new space for rent. Customers will soon be able to buy a wide range of clothing, drugstores, cosmetics and other consumer goods. The ACTION discount store, the TETA drugstore, the SINSAY clothing chain and the TRAFICON store are renting their premises with a total area of 1,932 sqm.

The shopping park in Šumperk also has very good transport accessibility. Customers can use the extended adjacent car park with a capacity of 118 parking spaces or the city buses number 231, 232 and 233, which stop in the vicinity of the park directly in Temenická Street.

"Czechs like to take advantage of the time savings that shopping in retail parks brings. Our goal is therefore to provide them with quality and affordable shopping options that allow them to shop conveniently in one place. We believe that the new shopping zone in Šumperk will contribute to this and offer customers additional shopping opportunities," said Andrej Levin, partner at Lekvi Development.

Lekvi Development has long focused on creating modern and functional retail parks that meet the needs of today's customers. The second shopping zone in Šumperk will welcome its first customers this summer.
