Liviu Tudor acquires the Victoria site near the West Gate offices

Liviu Tudor, owner of the West Gate offices in the Preciziei area of the Militari neighborhood and Novo Park in Pipera, has purchased the site of the former Victoria mattress factory from businessman Dragoş Bîlteanu. The acquisition takes place shortly after he took over the Inscut site on Preciziei street in Military. The acquisition of the 6.3 ha land was made for the expansion of the West Gate Business District, and a residential project most likely to be developed on the Inscut land. Dragoş Bîlteanu bought the 6.3 ha in the Militari neighborhood land back in 2017, in a transaction valued at approximately EUR 7-10 million, given that the land in the area was traded at about EUR 120-200 per sqm.
