Liviu Tudor, who owns the West Gate offices in the Preciziei area and Novo Park in Pipera, bought the Inscut platform in the Preciziei area, in a transaction estimated at almost 3 million Euro. Inscut, a company specialized in the import and sale of construction equipment, owned by the Greeks from Aktor, has been trying since 2007 to sell the platform where the company's headquarters were located. According to market sources, Liviu Tudor is considering construction of a residential project, given that the platform is located near the West Gate offices, where companies with about 15,000 employees are based, but also the Renault Bucharest Connected offices of Globalworth.
