I.D. Real Estate, owned by Liviu Tudor (91.285 percent) and Prefabricate Vest S.A. (8.715 percent) bought three plots of land with a total area of 30,000 sqm from Stizo Invest.

The total price for the three plots on Preciziei 9B is EUR 2.26 million. This is not the first purchase that the businessman makes in the area. The purchased plots are located behind the Inscut platform, bought three years ago for EUR 3 million from the Greeks of Aktor.

In 2021, the company also bought the 6.3-hectare land of the former Victoria mattress factory, land that is right next to the office buildings built by Liviu Tudor.
