Logivest brokers 5,000 square metres in Weil am Rhein
Not far from the Swiss border, Logivest has brokered a long-term lease for around 5,000 square metres of warehouse and office space for a market leader in consumer goods. The landlord of the property in Weil am Rhein is the local company Logad GmbH.
The company, which specialises in consumer goods and has its headquarters just 30 minutes away by car, was looking for a new property to consolidate various warehouses. Logivest was able to offer a suitable property at Charles-Eames-Straße 2 in Weil am Rhein.
In addition to the ideal location on the B3 and B532 federal highways, with direct access to the A5 motorway and just two kilometres from the Swiss border, the excellent infrastructure provided by the VITRA Campus was particularly convincing.
"The proximity to Switzerland, but also the good connections to more northerly cities such as Karlsruhe, Mannheim or Frankfurt am Main via the nearby A5 motorway, make Weil am Rhein an interesting location for logistics," says Ingo Volk, Head of Industrial and Logistics Letting at Logivest Stuttgart.
The existing hall, which consists of over 4,800 square metres of warehouse space and around 200 square metres of office space, is accessed via several ramps.
The space has already been occupied.
