Logivest has advised Weber Frischdienst GmbH on the lease of a logistics property in Hanover, owned by the Junicke Group. The transaction involves a transhipment warehouse of nearly 2,700 sqm and an additional 2,000 sqm of open space at Wiesenauer Straße 2 in the Brink-Hafen district.

Weber Frischdienst, a family-owned food wholesaler based in Braunschweig, has been supplying hospitals, restaurants, retailers, and large-scale consumers with fresh products for more than 70 years. As part of its expansion, the company sought a new facility in the Hanover area to support its frozen food and food logistics operations.

The newly leased warehouse has a hall height of 12 metres and is designed for frozen storage, with 24/7 operational approval. It features four ramps, four partially covered ground-level gates, and full vehicle access. Daylight enters through multiple windows and a skylight strip, improving working conditions. The property also benefits from strong transport connections, located near the A2 motorway with access to the A7 via the B522, and a nearby bus stop providing public transport links.

According to Hosseyn Mahiyan, Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest in Hanover, the location offers both excellent connectivity and the infrastructure necessary for round-the-clock operation. Weber Frischdienst is expected to move into the property in the fourth quarter of 2025.
