Logivest brokers new location close to the Dutch border for Braumarkt
In Emmerich am Rhein in North Rhine-Westphalia, the integrated logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered over 4,200 warehouse, mezzanine and office spaces to the e-commerce retailer Braumarkt GmbH. The landlord of the property at Werner-Heisenberg-Strasse 27 is M.S.L. Immobilien GmbH.
Braumarkt GmbH offers products and accessories for home brewers who want to make their own beer, wine, cider and other drinks - from hops and brewing kettles to brewing kits for beginners. Business with home brewers is growing, so the e-commerce retailer was looking for another location from which it could also serve the Dutch market.
Not far from the Dutch border, in Emmerich am Rhein, Logivest was able to offer a prestigious property that meets Braumarkt's requirements. The modern warehouse is flooded with light thanks to bands of skylights and is ideally suited for the integration of the planned showroom. It is already equipped with a shelving system and is also alarm-protected. Access is via two ground-level gates and four ramps on both sides. The spacious open area in front of the new Braumarkt location offers sufficient parking spaces.
In addition to the facilities, the property also scores points for its location: ‘The location directly on the A3 motorway is ideal for Braumarkt GmbH to supply Dutch customers. It is also well connected to public transport, which is an important factor with regard to employees,’ says Marlon Bäumler, Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest NRW GmbH.
Braumarkt plans to start operations at the new site on 1 August 2024.
