In Hof, Upper Franconia, the holistic logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered a warehouse covering around 6,750 square metres to Pharma Stulln GmbH. The landlord of the property at Ferdinand-Porsche-Straße 15 is LTG - Landauer Transportgesellschaft Doll KG.

The owner-managed company, which has been producing eye drops in Bavaria for decades, is expanding and was looking for additional storage space. In the Gattendorf industrial estate in Hof, Logivest was able to offer a new building that meets the requirements of Pharma Stulln. The warehouse is equipped with a WGK 3 film, which prevents the penetration of water-polluting substances into the ground. Skylights illuminate the building with daylight. Four ramps are available for access.

The logistics hall also impresses with its location in the immediate vicinity of the A93 motorway. "Speculatively constructed new buildings in the region are rather rare. The new logistics property available at short notice with good motorway connections and proximity to the Hof freight village is ideal for Pharma Stulln,’ says Stefan Moor, Head of Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest.

Pharma Stulln GmbH was able to move into the property on 1 June 2024. LTG - Landauer Transportgesellschaft Doll KG currently has a total of around 24,000 square metres of state-of-the-art logistics space at the Hof site, with the possibility of implementing further expansions in the near future.
