Lokum Deweloper has preliminary agreement to sell land in Krakow for PLN 50m net

Olczyk Lokum 8, a subsidiary of Lokum Deweloper, has entered into a preliminary agreement for the sale of land in Kraków at Walerego Sławka Street with an area of approximately 1.07 hectares for PLN 50 million net, the company said. The conclusion of the promised sales agreement will take place within one month from the last of the events indicated in the preliminary agreement, including the transfer of the building permit to the buyer, and no later than 8 June 2024.

Lokum Deweloper is a residential developer from Wrocław, which is also active in the Kraków market. In 2015, the company debuted on the main market of the WSE. In 2022, it sold 435 units.
