Lokum Deweloper, a residential development company, has announced plans to halt its operations in Krakow, with its remaining land from the Lokum Siesta project to be put up for sale, according to company president Bartosz Kuźniar.

“We have an investment in Krakow, Lokum Siesta, and the land associated with it is earmarked for sale. We are wrapping up our activities in Krakow and expect to sell the property in the coming months,” Kuźniar stated during a teleconference with journalists.

The proceeds from the sale will be directed towards acquiring land on Poprzeczna Street in Wrocław and supporting further construction projects, he added.

Lokum Deweloper, based in Wrocław, has also operated in Krakow. The company made its debut on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) in 2015.
