Loreco Holding invests in villa project near Bucharest

British developer Loreco Holding is investing up to €50m in a villa project 30 km north of Bucharest. The project will feature 1,000 villas over 90 ha. The first phase will include 124 houses, a 2 ha park and a utilities area that will serve the entire development. The scheme is expected to be completed in 15 years, with the first phase expected to take three years. The director of Loreco Investments is Rey Muraru.
