A year ago, the fashion retailer LPP inaugurated a distribution center with an area of 22,000 sqm in the WDP logistics park in Ștefăneștii de Jos. Recently, LPP signed a pre-lease with WDP for another almost 22,000 sqm, for a period of 9 years, after online orders increased in the context of the pandemic. The transaction was brokered by Colliers International. The warehouse is to be built following an investment of over EUR 13 million. Completion of the works and commissioning of the new facility are scheduled for the third quarter of this year.

"The decision to expand the existing facility was dictated by the growing role of the local market in terms of e-commerce sales of the group. Work on expanding our warehouse in Romania is already very advanced. After their completion, we will have storage space doubled, in one of the fastest growing markets in terms of online sales of our brands, ”says Sylwester Dmytriwski, Director of Regional Logistics Networks LPP.
