LPP Logistics has opened a new 40,000 sqm e-commerce warehouse in Romania, its second in the country, capable of processing up to 400,000 orders daily. This strategic move enhances LPP’s operational capacity and supports its omnichannel sales in Southern Europe. The warehouse’s proximity to LPP’s distribution center will speed up order fulfillment and improve efficiency.

LPP, a Polish clothing manufacturer, has been expanding its presence in Southern Europe, with Romania as a key market. The company has over 500 stores in the region and launched online sales in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the start of 2024. Plans include opening 200 more stores in Southern Europe this year.

The new facility, located at CTPark Bucharest West, will streamline online order delivery to Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, and Hungary. It features advanced logistics technology, sustainable solutions, and will employ up to 1,500 people. LPP Logistics plans to invest PLN 450 million by 2025 to expand its procurement and distribution network, increasing warehouse space to 700,000 sqm.

Sebastian Sołtys, president of LPP Logistics, highlighted the warehouse’s strategic location near the Black Sea port of Constanta, facilitating direct shipping from Asian suppliers. The investment underscores LPP’s commitment to enhancing its logistics capabilities and supporting its growth in e-commerce.
