M1 Bytom expands retail and entertainment offer with new tenants
M1 Bytom shopping centre, managed by EPP, is expanding its retail and entertainment offerings with the addition of Sinsay and FlyPark. The newly signed leases cover a total of 3,600 sqm, enhancing the centre’s role as a shopping and leisure destination.
Sinsay, a clothing brand from the LPP Group, has now opened its doors at M1 Bytom. The store features a diverse range of affordable fashion for women, men, and teenagers, along with maternity wear, children’s clothing, and accessories. The product selection also includes home furnishings, pet accessories, and a cosmetics line.
FlyPark, a nationwide amusement park chain, is set to open at M1 Bytom in the summer of 2025. Designed for visitors of all ages, FlyPark will feature trampolines of various difficulty levels, foam and ball pits, a slide area, and climbing walls. The facility will also include a catering area, offering refreshments for visitors taking a break from activities.
According to Ewelina Kozacka, Leasing Manager at EPP, the addition of FlyPark reflects a broader strategy to transform M1 Bytom from a traditional shopping centre into a multi-purpose destination where entertainment is as important as retail. The introduction of new leisure options aims to attract visitors looking for a more diverse experience beyond shopping.
With these new additions, M1 Bytom continues to strengthen its position as a retail and entertainment hub, catering to the evolving preferences of its customers.
