Magda Twarowska joins Logicenters Poland as Head of Commercial

Logicenters, the logistics platform owned by NREP, began the year by hiring a Head of Commercial. Magda Twarowska will be responsible for the area of leasing and tenant relations, within the assets of BIK S.A., owned by NREP portfolio company NSF IV.

Logicenters is a logistics platform owned by Scandinavian investor NREP, whose first investment in Poland was the acquisition of BIK S.A., a local investor and developer of logistics properties. The company owns a portfolio of four existing parks, including two with expansion potential, and a plot of land. Their potential area is more than 130,000 square meters. Defining leasing strategies, negotiating, acquiring new tenants for existing facilities, and supporting Logicenters' Nordic tenants in their expansion in Poland are the main challenges Magda Twarowska will take on in her new role. Magda brings to the team more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate market, supported by numerous successes in the area of logistics leasing. 

- The company currently manages four logistics parks: Logistic Center Krakow I, Logistic Center Krakow II, BIK Park Sosnowiec II and BIK Park Wroclaw I, and I will start my adventure with Logicenters from operating these facilities. Magda Twarowska graduated with a degree in Real Estate Management and Management from the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a degree in Urban Planning from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) title and a broker's license. Practically from the beginning of her career, she has been involved in the logistics sector, first at AXI Immo Group as a Senior Industrial & Logistic Leasing Consultant, and then at P3, a European logistics developer, as Senior Leasing Manager and then Head of Leasing, Poland.
