Magnolia Park leasing moving forward in Wroclaw

Magnolia Park shopping mall is filling up in the city of Wrocław, following Master Management Group’s announcement on signing up three new tenants this week. Along with Top Secret fashion brand, Redberry jogurt bar and Parfois women fashion brand, six more companies have renewed their agreement for space at the facility. Denon, Fratelli Marpel, Krakowski Kredens, Mr Minit, Nike and Ochnik have agreed to stay in the mall, which has a total GLA of 77,595 sqm. Magnolia mall has been part of the King’s Retail portfolio since October 2011, with Master Management Group selected to run the leasing.
