Malta Office Park in Poznan starts the year with new tenants

Three new tenants are moving into Malta Office Park, a Poznan office complex managed by EPP. It is a comfortably located facility where business and nature blend harmoniously, creating excellent working conditions. The building, distinguished by numerous ecological solutions, was chosen by Hager, Spravia and Surgalign for its headquarters. The total area covered by the contracts is nearly 750 sqm of Class A office space.

Surgalign Holdings, Inc. is a global medical technology company. The company focuses on providing surgeons with solutions that predictably deliver superior clinical and economic results. Since the new year, the Polish team has been based in a state-of-the-art office complex on Lake Malta in Poznan.

Spravia (formerly Budimex Nieruchomości) is a developer with many years of experience. It has been operating its business since 1999 and has so far completed about 140 projects, in which about 20,700 apartments and units have been built. The company will move into its new office later in the first quarter of this year.

Hager is a leading supplier of electrical products for industry, residential and commercial construction. Its product range includes power distribution, wiring accessories, building automation and cable routing systems. The company moved its office from below Poznań to Malta Office Park at the end of 2022.
