Master Management Group expands retail and leisure offer at Brama Mazur in Elk

Master Management Group is introducing new tenants to Brama Mazur in Ełk for an area of nearly 750 sq.m. These are a salon of the jewellery brand Apart, which is making its debut in the Mazurian region, a Monnari shop with an offer of women's fashion and a branch of the Warsaw dance school Movement Studio.

Brama Mazur is the first and only multifunctional shopping centre in Ełk with a wide range of local and international brands, a large-format grocery shop, a cinema, a fitness club, as well as a range of restaurants and cafés.

Apart is a brand that has been present on the Polish market for nearly five decades and has been the leader in the jewellery sector for years. In the Brama Mazur gallery, it occupies an area of 102 sq.m.

"Although APART has four stores in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship, none of them is located in the Mazury region. Masuria is a kind of terra incognita for our brand, although we have obviously researched the potential of the place very well. Ełk, as the largest Masurian city and the capital of the county, is a very good choice for the introduction of a stationary sales channel, before we decide on possible expansion in other towns important for the region. We are also very positive about the potential of the Mazurian Gate itself," says Łukasz Połczyński, Expansion Manager at APART.

Apart offers a wide range of both jewellery and watches. The brand is famous for having the largest
selection of designs with diamonds on the market, as well as those decorated with stones such as sapphires, tanzanites or pearls. Alongside the classics, the brand also offers casual and trend-oriented jewellery. The brand's showrooms also present a wide range of watches for adults, teenagers and children.
Another new addition to the Brama Mazur shopping arcades is the Monnari brand, which has completed the centre's fashion offer. On an area of over 400 sq m, you can buy collections of women's clothing
for women who value elegance and modernity, formal and less formal, complemented by accessories.

In building B, which is part of the Brama Mazur shopping and entertainment complex, the Movement Dance Studio dance school, already well-known to Warsaw residents, has begun operating.

"The opening of the dance school is a great addition to our offer for the residents of Ełk, going beyond the traditional shopping experience by providing an attractive leisure option. We are convinced that cooperation with Movement Dance Studio will provide residents with many positive experiences. The residents of Ełk and the neighbouring towns and cities will have the opportunity, according to Movement Dance Studio representatives, to enjoy a wide range of instructors and dance styles in a beautiful dance school. Instructors from all over Poland will come to the new school to teach and improve the dance skills of students of all age groups - from children to seniors, who are both amateurs and professionals. The school is connected to the gallery by a glass corridor and occupies an area of
241 square metres.
