Maxi Pet opens a new shop in Râmnicu Vâlcea

Maxi Pet is expanding its network with a new store in Râmnicu Vâlcea, after a total investment of EUR 250,000, bringing the total number of stores nationwide to 15. The new unit is located in Retail Park Râmnicu Vâlcea and is the first Maxi Pet hypermarket in the county of Vâlcea. With an area of approximately 400 sqm and eight employees, the store also has a veterinary pharmacy.

"The demand for quality products for pets leads us to expand in strategic areas for our business. We are in a special, growing market, with more and more Romanians having at least one pet. In addition, Romanians consider pets as family members and provide them with all the necessary conditions and quality food, but also useful accessories, which is why the demand for specialty products has increased by 10 percent in the last year," said Miruna Diaconescu, Marketing Director at Pet Network International.
