The Mayor of Budapest’s III district Mr. Laszlo Kiss has declared on his Facebook community page that the district is full. This means that there is no room for further developments and the local government will act against real estate speculations. The Mayor claims that any new investments would cause problems to local infrastructure and deprive the current residents of the district of parking spots. At the same time Kiss suggests to investors, that they rather focus on non-residential developments, to which the local government is still open to.
