Medicover is transforming an office building in Pipera into a new hospital

The Swedes from Medicover, the third largest player in the private healthcare market, are transforming an office building in Pipera into a new hospital, after an investment of EUR 20 million. The new hospital will be ready by the end of 2022 and will have 150 beds.

The medical unit will be located in a building that was previously an office and belongs to the real estate development company Multigalaxy, with an area of 15,000 sqm. Medicover has a 15-year lease, with the possibility of extension.
