MedLife takes over Medicris Oradea

MedLife, the leader of the private medical services market in Romania, announces the acquisition of the complete package of shares of the companies from the Medicris Oradea group, the largest center of occupational medicine and related services in Bihor county.

"This new transaction means a natural expansion of the service portfolio for our patients and subscribers," said Dorin Preda, Executive Director of MedLife Group.

Private healthcare operator MedLife reported revenue of EUR 332 million in 2021, up 51 percent from a year earlier, and said it has EUR 120 million in procurement and development plans. The company's net profit almost doubled in the mentioned period, increasing by 93 percent.
