Megasam24 has started a crowdfunding issue of up to PLN 1 million for significant development of logistics capabilities, including fleet expansion, obtaining additional couriers and increasing brand awareness in Mazovia, the company said. During the year, the company will begin preparations for its debut on NewConnect.

Opened after the first wave of the pandemic, Megasam24 took the e-grocery market by storm. In 1.5 years, it completed 20,000 orders and achieved an annual turnover (2021) of almost PLN 4 million. With the Next Day Delivery system implemented from the beginning, it wants to reach neighboring cities The issue of Megasam24 PSA shares in cooperation with the Beesfund platform has just started. The goal is to obtain PLN 1 million for further development. During the year, the company will begin preparations for its debut on NewConnect, the company announced.

Megasam24.pl is currently one of the three largest online grocery supermarkets with Polish capital. It started operating in July 2020. In the first year, the creator/president of e-market, Dariusz Krzysztof, invested nearly PLN 1 million in its website, warehouse and logistics base, and the expansion of the offer, which today includes over 10,000 products.

"We created Megasam24 after the Easter boom in 2020. Many of the e-grocery stores established at that time have already ceased to exist. We invested in friendly service and free deliveries, which, thanks to our own logistics base, reach consumers the next day even at the peak of the lockdown. This is why we can boast of customer retention at the level of 52," said Krzysztof.

Currently, Megasam24 supplies products in the Warsaw agglomeration. This year, the company wants to open a second warehouse and purchase additional vehicles for its own fleet to start deliveries with the Next Day Delivery service in the province. Mazowieckie north of Warsaw.

"Our goal for this year is to achieve 48,000 orders compared to 18,000 last year and to achieve an annual turnover of PLN 10-12 million," added Krzysztof.

As part of the fast development path, in 2023 the company plans to start deliveries to Radom, Siedlce, Łódź and Lublin and their surroundings.

"Within a few kilometers from larger centers, online stores stop supplying products that require cooling. Thanks to our own fleet, we will be able to serve these markets, and by the end of next year we intend to exceed 90,000 orders," announced Krzysztofoporski.

At the turn of 2021/2022, the company Megasam24 PSA (simple joint-stock company) was established, which took over the operating activities of Megasam. Moreover, it acquired two online supermarkets: A2A-Market.pl and ijest.pl.

"We do not rule out further acquisitions of companies in the industry," said the president.

Ultimately, the management board of Megasam24 in the period 2022-2023 plans to transform into a joint-stock company and start preparations for introducing the shares to trading on NewConnect, according to Megasam24 .
