Meta Estate Trust announces net profit of RON 9.47 million for 2023

Meta Estate Trust, a holding company active in the real estate sector, announces exceptional financial results for the year 2023. The company delivered a net shareholder profit of RON 9.47 million, up 46 percent compared to 2022 and 39% over what was budgeted for 2023. Meta Estate had a significant organic growth in the context in which it did not access any financing operation through the capital market, and total assets increased by 12 percent to RON 110 million.

Alexandru Bonea, CEO of Meta Estate Trust: "All this attests to the fact that the MET business model works as it was designed, that we have the potential to grow organically in periods when access to financing is limited. The budget for 2024 foresees an increase in the figure of business by 17 percent and net profit by 12 percent compared to the previous year. This new financial year will remain a challenging one in which the skills and perseverance of all the people at the company's helm will be tested to the limit.”
