Canadian businessman Michael Topolinski is investing EUR 10 million, from his own resources, in completing a block of 280 apartments whose construction was stopped at the "red" stage by brothers Robert and Ionuț Negoiță.

InteRo Property Development bought from Piraeus Leasing the abandoned land and construction for 280 apartments, representing the last block of the Confort City residential complex, developed by Robert and Ionuț Negoiță in Popești-Leordeni. Topolinski renamed the building New Confort City and divided it into four staircases with 70 apartments each. The final construction works are expected to be completed in June 2022. Right now the completion stage is 100 percent for staircase 1, 85 percent for staircase 2, 65 percent for staircase 3 and 50 percent for staircase 4.
