On 23 hectares of the former Pipera platform, Nusco City is now being built, a complex that will bring together 4,000 apartments, a central park, a hospital, a commercial area, a kindergarten and school, a hotel and offices - a small town in the Capital. In addition to this project, which has an estimated value of over EUR 1 billion and involves the urban regeneration of the area, the developer Nusco Imobiliara is now also betting on a villa project, Nusco Green Homes, located in the Tunari area, the first phase of which will be delivered in 2024.

"The large area of the land made my dream even bigger, so since I have been dealing with business operations in Romania this has become my dream - the realization and development of the largest urban regeneration project in Bucharest," said Michele Nusco, CEO of Nusco Imobiliara.
"Our development plans have always had a special determination, so through Nusco City we wanted to fulfill the concept of a 15 minute city, because our project really allows this and we offer our customers all the facilities they need just a few minutes from home," says Michele Nusco.
