Nhood Services Poland, which provides expert services to the commercial real estate industry, is implementing the construction project of the Mikołów Park development in Silesia and at the same time is holding advanced talks with tenants interested in being present in the facility. The commercialisation level of the retail park under construction has reached 70 per cent and large international brands have announced their presence. The facility is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Mikołów Park will be a modern facility with 5,400 GLA which, together with the neighbouring Auchan Mikołów Centre, will create a strong retail destination in the region. This potential and the business benefits of the established position of the existing shopping centre, its diversified offer and its wide customer base are recognised by the companies that have decided to open their shops in the facility under construction in Mikołów.
Among the tenants of the Mikołów Park space will be Drogeria dm, Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo and TEDi. Contracts for the last available square metres are being finalised with electromarkets and the Sinsay brand. At the beginning of February 2024, the commercialisation level of Mikołów Park reached 70 per cent.

"Just two months after the start of construction of Mikołów Park, we can boast a high level of commercialisation of its space. Brands which see the potential in traditional sales channels and the location of the facility will open their shops here. We are starting cooperation with strong brands, and Drogeria dm will be the first location of this partner in the portfolio of facilities commercialised by Nhood Services Poland. We invite other companies interested in having a presence in Mikołów, especially catering or bakery," says Marcin Matysiak, commercialisation director of Nhood Services Poland.

Mikołów Park is being built on a part of the existing car park of Auchan Mikołów Shopping Centre on the western side of the facility.

"Such a location of the facilities will make it possible for customers to freely use their wide commercial offer, going from one place to another practically "with a dry foot"," says Marcin Wawiernia, Project Manager / Design & Concept Manager at Nhood Services Poland, responsible for the Mikołów Park project.

Construction of Mikołów Park began in November 2023, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024. The project will incorporate a number of green solutions, including renewable energy sources, a PV installation along with an energy bank. There are plans to plant 30 trees and shrubs throughout the complex, while the facades on selected parts will be covered with climbing greenery.

The project is being carried out by the Nhood Services Poland design team on behalf of Ceetrus Polska, which owns the property in Mikołów. Infine is the general contractor for the construction work.
