Millennials VC ASI has launched a crowdfunding campaign for over PLN 4 million

The Wrocław-based Millennials Venture Capital ASI fund has launched an issue of shares worth PLN 4,286,000 in the form of crowdfunding, the company said. This is the first crowdfunding campaign in Poland for an alternative investment company with a venture capital strategy.

The collected funds will be used to purchase shares in at least 3 other portfolio companies, it said.

The issue of the fund is directed mainly to the representatives of Generation Y - Millennials, i.e. people between 26 and 40 years of age, of whom there are over 8 million in Poland alone. Millennials find themselves well on the labor market and earn high earnings, allowing them to generate financial surpluses The fund is run by an experienced team of experts associated with the capital market for 15 years according to their announcement.

Some of the funds Millennials will allocate to an innovative project in the cryptocurrency industry, to which law firms and foreign partners from Poland, Estonia and Luxembourg have been invited, also indicated.

Currently, the fund has 4 portfolio companies. Shares in two of them will soon be sold after several years of investment and acceleration of the companies. Ultimately, the fund will invest up to EUR 2 million in the portfolio company during the period of its acceleration, i.e. building value before the next foreign financing round, underlined

Millennials Venture Capital is an innovative fund dedicated to 8 million Polish Millenials. He conducts investment activities under the license of Alternative Investment Company (ASI) under the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. It currently has 4 global portfolio companies (Tespack, Robo, Bivrost, Lovely) purchased 5 years ago, and is preparing to exit the investment.
