Millstone is developing an exclusive real estate project in Calea Victoriei

The real estate developer Millstone renewed its construction permit for the residential project in Sfinţii Voievozi street, as well as obtaining the permit for the rehabilitation of the green space in Calea Victoriei.

The exclusive project will have 25 apartments, arranged on 5 levels. An office area and a hobby area will be available on the ground floor. The market value of the project is estimated at EUR 18 million , and the works are expected to start in the first part of 2025. Millstone's partner in this project is ADN Birou de Arhitectura.

With the start of the works for the construction of the block, the rehabilitation project of the green area that separates Voievozi 63 from Calea Victoriei, which has been neglected for a long time, will also begin.
