Mitiska is developing a new retail park in Pitesti

Belgian retail park developer Mitiska continues to invest locally after selling a portfolio of 25 retail parks to LCP Group. The deal is the largest ever in 2023 on the local real estate market.

The company has a retail park under construction in Pitesti that will have 22,000 sqm of commercial space upon completion and will continue to invest locally, but not only in the retail segment, but also wants to enter the logistics segment, with urban storage spaces.

Together with its partner in Romania, Square 7 Properties, the company is looking for land to build up a portfolio again to meet the demand from retailers and consumers as well as investors for such projects.
